DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to be a better leader and build a stronger team within your childcare centre?\nYou are invited to our Childcare Leadership Roundtable event where we cover some of the biggest challenges in Childcare and how to solve them quickly and easily.\nIf you are frustrated with your results or your team\, then you need to consider a different approach. This workshop is designed for people already in a leadership role in childcare centres wanting to connect with peers and discuss challenges facing the industry today. \nTopics include: \n\n\nBeing an effective childcare leader\n\n\n\n\nManaging paperwork requirements\n\n\n\n\nLeading learning Circles\n\n\n\n\nImplementing the NQF framework\n\n\n\n\nEffective critical reflection\n\n\n\n\nDealing with difficult parents\n\n\n\n\nManaging under performing staff\n\n\n\n\nAs well as any other challenges you may be facing at the moment.\n\n\nThis session will be facilitated by an experienced leadership and business coach and a childcare educational specialist.
